Role Overview:
We are a growing accounting outsourcing firm looking for a
powerhouse to drive our expansion into the US market. You will be
responsible for building relationships with US-based CPA firms and
Enterprise clients through a mix of strategic outreach and authority-
building content.
Key Responsibilities:
* KPO experience is highly preferred.
* LinkedIn Lead Gen: Execute high-level personalized messaging
campaigns targeting US Partners, CFOs, and Practice Leads.
* Cold Outreach: Conduct strategic cold calls/emails to qualify leads
and book discovery meetings.
* Content Strategy: Manage our LinkedIn presence by sharing insights
on US Tax, Bookkeeping, and Outsourcing benefits to build trust.
* CRM Management: Track all prospects through the funnel and
provide weekly reports on pipeline health.
* Enterprise Focus: Identify and penetrate large-scale B2B
opportunities (firms with $2M+ revenue).
Requirements:
* US Market Expertise: Proven experience selling services to the US
(Accounting/Finance/SaaS preferred).
* Communication: Flawless verbal and written English. Ability to
navigate gatekeepers and speak confidently with US executives.
* Tech Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs
(HubSpot/Zoho), and AI-outreach tools.
