Job Summary
We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to expand business opportunities for PP Tanks and Galvanizing Plant solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting field visits, promoting products and services, and converting leads into successful business orders.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and manufacturing sectors.
* Promote PP Tanks and Galvanizing Plant solutions to prospective clients.
* Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
* Generate leads through market research, references, and networking activities.
* Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposals and quotations.
* Follow up with clients and negotiate to close orders successfully.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
* Prepare sales reports, visit reports, and update CRM/customer databases.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Good understanding of industrial or manufacturing sales processes.
* Ability to build client relationships and generate business leads.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
Qualification
* Graduate in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B sales.
* Experience in industrial equipment, fabrication, engineering products, or related industries will be an advantage.
