· Complete Job Description – Ours is CA firm and working in wide arrays of work in practice since 30+ years. Our head office is in Delhi and Branch office at other places including Ahmedabad. We are looking for candidates for Ahmedabad location having experience in mainly Insolvency & Bankruptcy work, which includes-
o Preparing and submitting Expression of Interest in CIRP or liquidation process
o Coordinating with client for various documents and details
o Assisting in preparation of resolution plan
o Assisting in preparation and submission of various data and documents requested by Resolution Professional
o Assisting in preparing application for NCLT
o Assisting Resolution Professional in CIRP work including submission of forms as per timeline to IBBI, preparing Invitation for CoC meetings, Preparing minutes of meeting etc.
o A thorough knowledge of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) provisions will be an added advantage
o Candidate with prior experience in such work will be preferred
Candidates having experience of Drafting of submission/reply for statutory department will be preferred. Candidate should be eager to learn and grow with the firm.
