Key Responsibilities:
On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images for improved search engine rankings.
Off-Page SEO: Build and execute backlink strategies to improve domain authority and visibility.
· Keyword Research: Perform in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential opportunities for organic traffic.
· Email Outreach - execute and manage email outreach campaigns for content submission and guest posting opportunities
· Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content, ensuring alignment with search intent.
· Technical SEO: Address technical aspects such as site speed, mobile optimization, crawl errors, and indexing issues.
· Analytics & Reporting: Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush, providing regular reports and insights.
· Competitor Analysis: Track competitor rankings and strategies, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
· Local SEO: Optimize our presence for relevant regional searches, especially for locations like India, the UK, and Australia.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment.
· Proficient with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, SERanking, etc.
· Ability to rank high search volume keywords.
· Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices.
· Experience in keyword research, backlink strategies, and site audits.
· Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
· Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· Ability to stay up to date with SEO trends and algorithm changes.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Prior experience in SEO for accounting or outsourcing industries.
· Familiarity with local SEO for different geographical locations (UK, India, Australia).
· Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress is a plus.
