Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

• Review Federal & State tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts to ensure compliance with IRS and State regulations.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on prepared returns, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to tax laws.
• Provide technical guidance and feedback to tax preparers and junior staff.
• Assist with complex tax issues, research, and resolution of client queries.
• Support in tax planning, advisory, and optimization strategies for clients.
• Ensure deadlines are met during peak seasons with high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
• Liaise with clients to clarify tax matters and provide expert-level insights.
• Utilize multiple accounting and tax platforms to review and finalize client deliverables.
• Maintain documentation, compliance standards, and internal workflow using practice management tools.

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA / CPA / EA.
• In-depth knowledge of US taxation, compliance requirements, and review standards.
• Proven leadership and review experience in a US tax environment.
• Technical Expertise:
• Accounting Software: QuickBooks Online (QBO), QuickBooks Desktop (QBD), Xero, Sage, EasyAcc, NetSuite, Zoho, SAP.
• Tax Software: Drake, Lacerte, UltraTax, ProSeries, CCH Access, ATX, GoSystems, Tax Pro Link, TurboTax.
  Other Tools: Bill.com, Gusto, State Street, Canopy, Karbon, TaxDome, JetPack.
