We are looking for an experienced US Bookkeeper to manage accounting and financial operations for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of US accounting standards, bookkeeping practices, and accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate books of accounts for US clients, including daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Record and reconcile bank transactions, accounts payable, and receivables.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage payroll processing and vendor payments.
Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and client requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients to resolve accounting queries.
Work closely with senior accountants and team members to ensure timely deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in US bookkeeping or accounting.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite.
Strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting processes.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a US shift.
