Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage accounting, bookkeeping, and tax processes for US-based clients.
• Oversee preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and compliance reports in accordance with US GAAP and IRS regulations.
• Ensure accurate and timely filings including Federal & State returns, payroll, and other regulatory submissions.
• Manage and review the work of accounting teams, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical expertise.
• Utilize various accounting and tax software to deliver accurate client services.
• Develop strong client relationships, addressing queries and providing strategic financial insights.
• Monitor deadlines, ensure quality control, and maintain compliance with internal processes and US regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and technology adoption.
